This handmade Berber rug, measuring 150 x 250 cm, is crafted from high-quality wool with a cotton warp, resulting in a dense, robust structure and a pronounced surface texture. The composition is built on a matte, creamy ivory background, serving as a neutral base for a striking tripartite geometric design: a deep black rectangular block at the top, a muted mauve-pink section beneath, and a vivid orange accent anchoring the lower part. The color transitions are sharp and graphic, framed by a narrow ivory border. The lower edge is finished with hand-knotted fringes in natural wool tones. Subtle irregularities in the weave and slight thickness variations reveal the artisan’s hand and the uniqueness of each piece.
