This handmade Beni Ourain rug, measuring 150 × 250 cm, is crafted in Morocco from thick, natural wool. Its construction features a dense, even weave and a matte, soft pile. The design is anchored by a saturated orange base, overlaid with large yellow and olive diamond motifs outlined in purple-blue. Additional horizontal and rectangular accents in turquoise, green, red, and purple appear along the sides and lower edge. The rug is finished with a fringe of raw, undyed wool at one end. The proportions and arrangement of the motifs create a sense of balance, while the bold palette brings a unique character inspired by mid-20th-century Berber craftsmanship.
