This handwoven rug from the Midelt region of Morocco, measuring 200 × 300 cm, is constructed on a densely woven cotton foundation with a thick, natural wool pile. The matte, gently off-white base serves as the backdrop for a vertical arrangement of geometric and abstract motifs: diamonds, zigzags, and small Berber-inspired symbols. The palette is highly saturated, featuring magenta, emerald green, cobalt blue, orange, yellow, turquoise, black, and accents of red and pink.
