This handwoven rug from the Atlas Mountains (300 × 200 cm) features a geometric patchwork of rectangular and square blocks, made from high-quality wool on a cotton warp. Warm terracotta and muted rose tones dominate the composition, punctuated by vivid cobalt blue accents. Each block varies in size, creating a balanced yet dynamic structure. The rug is finished with short, light blue fringes that highlight its artisanal craftsmanship and add a sense of lightness. The plush, matte surface offers both softness and durability, while subtle irregularities in the pattern and weave emphasize its authentic, handcrafted nature from the Midelt region of Morocco.
