This handwoven Berber rug from Morocco, measuring approximately 250 × 150 cm, is crafted from thick, natural wool and cotton using time-honored techniques from the Midelt region. The matte, dense, and soft surface features a dynamic arrangement of geometric, irregular shapes. The color palette includes mustard yellow, olive green, teal, dusty pink, deep violet, cobalt blue, and off-white, interacting and contrasting on a neutral background. The edges are neatly finished, with one side adorned by a row of white cotton fringes. The rug’s proportions are balanced, and its solid construction and plush pile highlight artisanal precision.
