This handwoven Berber rug from the workshops in Midelt, Morocco, measures 250 × 150 cm and is crafted entirely from natural, undyed wool. The densely woven, matte surface features a warm ecru base punctuated by bold geometric motifs in black, mustard yellow, magenta pink, olive green, and white accents. The upper border is defined by vertical black and white stripes, adding graphic structure, while hand-tied fringes affirm the rug's authenticity. The thick, soft pile and subtly irregular texture attest to the traditional weaving technique and the quality of the materials. The rug’s proportions balance large central shapes with more delicate details at the edges. The pattern references mid-century modern inspiration—sharp, intersecting forms create a dynamic interplay of color and line.
