The Moroccan Berber rug (250 × 150 cm) is handwoven from thick wool, finished with cotton fringes. A dominant sage green field with a matte surface serves as a calm, earthy base for an array of geometric patterns. The design features bold chevrons, diamonds, rectangles, and abstract motifs arranged in a harmonious, symmetrical composition using deep red, mustard yellow, ivory, black, blue, and brown. Proportions remain balanced, with a flat, even surface, tightly woven edges, and securely attached fringes. The rug reflects North African tribal craftsmanship and is informed by mid-20th-century folk art influences.
