This handwoven rug, measuring 250 × 150 cm, represents a contemporary approach to Berber craftsmanship from the Midelt region of Morocco. Its construction is based on a dense, compact weave of natural wool with a matte, soft, and plush texture. The ivory-toned background is accented by hand-drawn geometric diamonds in a slightly darker beige-taupe wool. Typical of Beni Ouarain design, the pattern's lines are organic and subtly irregular, highlighting the artisanal nature of the piece. Short, natural wool fringes finish one edge, while the overall design maintains a balanced, modern simplicity inspired by North African tribal aesthetics.
