This rosewood highboard from 1970s Denmark is a quintessential example of mid-century Scandinavian design, where functional simplicity meets the refined aesthetics of premium materials. Measuring 200 cm in width and 114.5 cm in height, the piece stands on four solid wood, slightly splayed legs, lending it a visually light and elevated appearance. The body is finished in rosewood veneer, displaying a deep brown hue with reddish undertones and an expressive, continuous wood grain that flows seamlessly across the sliding doors. The front is divided into three main sections with sliding doors, behind which are adjustable shelves and two central drawers with minimalist, integrated handles.
