ABOUT PRODUCTID 4612
This crystal jewelry box from around 1900 is a refined example of Western European craftsmanship at the turn of the 20th century. The rectangular body is crafted from thick, high-quality crystal glass in a deep, cool shade of emerald green, featuring a glossy, smooth surface and sharply defined, precisely cut edges. The lid, made of silver-plated brass, is lavishly decorated with repoussé Neo-Rococo motifs—swirling acanthus leaves, floral elements, and shell-like rocaille details—imparting a decorative flourish typical of the fin de siècle. The central area of the lid remains plain, reserved for a personalized monogram. The construction is solid, with the lid fitting snugly onto the glass base. There are no visible cracks or chips; the overall condition is very good, with only minor signs of use consistent with early 20th-century
