This antique Kurdish kilim, handwoven in Iran, measures 138 x 200 cm including fringes and is crafted entirely from wool, both in the warp and the weft. The textile features a dense, tightly packed weave with an approximate thickness of 8 mm and a knot density of around 250,000 knots per square meter, resulting in a firm yet subtly textured surface.
