This glass lidded box, crafted by De Rupel in the Belgian town of Boom during the 1930s, faithfully represents the core principles of the Art Deco movement. Measuring 9.5 cm in width and 10 cm in height, the box is made of translucent green glass with a smooth, glossy surface. Broad metallic gold bands encircle the dome-shaped lid and the base, highlighting its geometric proportions and the repeated horizontal ridges of the design.
