The collectible liqueur set 'Wschód,' produced by Huta Niemen in the 1930s, is an exceptional example of Polish modernism in the Art Deco spirit. The set consists of an elongated, geometric tray (30 × 5 × 2.5 cm) and six shot glasses with perfectly cubic bases (approx. 6 cm high, 2.5 × 2.5 cm base), each fitting precisely into square recesses cut into the tray. Both tray and glasses are made of clear, high-quality lead crystal, finished with meticulous faceted polishing. All surfaces are highly polished, with sharply defined edges, emphasizing the architectural, minimalist character of the ensemble.
