This vintage armchair from the 1970s embodies the bold spirit of mid-century modern design, distinguished by its geometric beechwood frame stained a deep, semi-gloss brown. The armrests, formed in a distinctive 'Z' shape, merge seamlessly with the structure, highlighting the chair’s architectural silhouette. The wide, slightly reclined backrest and deep seat are upholstered in Jade velvet fabric in a saturated cobalt blue, newly replaced during a comprehensive restoration. Generous padding ensures both comfort and the original visual presence. Produced as part of a limited edition by the Bydgoszcz Furniture Factories, the chair’s rare design was featured in the series “The Queen’s Gambit”.
