The Rowenta makeup mirror, produced in Germany in the 1970s, stands as a prime example of space age design. The frame, made of lacquered metal, is finished in a saturated, glossy orange hue, accented by vertical white plastic side panels. Integrated backlighting (using two E14 bulbs) is set behind the white panels, ensuring even, friendly illumination around the centrally positioned round mirror. The mirror itself can be flipped to switch between standard and magnifying surfaces. A minimalist Rowenta logo appears at the lower right corner of the front.
