The Predom-Metron Z 312-17 mantel clock is an example of Polish industrial design from the 1970s, produced by the Toruń-based factory. Its distinctive body, crafted from warm beige ABS plastic with a smooth, glossy surface, forms a compact, spherical silhouette set on a proportionally wide and stable base. The front features a slightly domed black glass dial with a matte finish, adorned with thin white hour markers and metallic hands—gold for hours and minutes, vivid red for seconds.
