This vase, designed by Stanisław Mach under the supervision of Jan Sylwester Drost, exemplifies Polish artistic glassmaking of the 1970s and was produced by the Ząbkowice Glassworks in Dąbrowa Górnicza. Created from hand-formed soda-lime glass using a mosaic technique, it features a warm, creamy white base interwoven with dynamic stripes of orange, amber, and deep cobalt blue. The bulbous body flows seamlessly into a slender neck, crowned by an undulating, wavy rim—a hallmark of the organic, expressive design characteristic of the era. The surface is highly polished, and the base is ground flat, reflecting careful craftsmanship.
