This pair of bedside lamps from 1970s Germany exemplifies the era’s blend of organic glasswork and geometric simplicity. The shades are crafted from thick, pressed glass in a warm amber-gold hue, featuring a highly textured, crinkled surface reminiscent of ice or tree bark. The semi-translucent, glossy finish allows light to diffuse softly, lending each lamp a gentle radiance. The bases, made of polished gold-tone metal with a mirrored finish, flare outward in a trumpet-like shape, providing both stability and a subtle decorative accent.
