A pair of original ceiling lamps made in Poland in the 1960s, referencing the mid-century modern movement with distinctively local design elements. The construction features profiled glass shades in a champagne-gold tone, adorned with delicate vertical gold stripes embedded in the glass. The shades present an organic, undulating shape reminiscent of flower buds, with scalloped lower edges that lend a sense of lightness. Polished brass fittings with a satin finish harmonize with the glass, and the composition is completed by a slender, elegantly shaped stem and stepped ceiling rose. The lamps are fitted for standard E27 bulbs, and the wiring has been replaced. Both lamps are preserved in very good condition—the glass surfaces are smooth and glossy, and the brass shows no tarnishing or patina, indicating conscientious maintenance and authentic period elements.
