This pair of Italian floral wall sconces from the 1950s exemplifies decorative wall lighting crafted from metal with hand-applied, distressed gold leaf. Both lamps are inspired by botanical forms: metal branches reach upward to support stylized candleholders, while three-dimensional flowers and leaves—with visible veins and irregular, hand-formed edges—complete the composition. The faux candle sleeves, made of period-appropriate cream plastic, display authentic discoloration and wax-like drips, underscoring the mid-century character. Each sconce is fitted with a single E14 socket, and the finish is a warm, softly patinated gold. Sold as a pair, each sconce measures 32 cm in height, 17 cm in width, and approximately 12 cm in depth.
