The Barcelona pendant lamp pair, designed by Bent Karlby for Lyfa in Denmark in the 1960s, is a fine example of Scandinavian modernism and Nordic craftsmanship. Each lamp features a composition of concentric, horizontally stacked discs in satin-finished aluminum with a cool, silvery tone and no visible color accents or patterns. The geometry is accentuated by a uniform, matte surface and the absence of visible joints or screws. Suspended from thin white cords, the lamps' minimalist aesthetic is further enhanced. They are designed for E27 bulbs. Condition: excellent, with no visible signs of wear, damage, or restoration.
