ABOUT PRODUCTID 29468
This pair of wall lights from the 1960s, designed by Hans-Agne Jakobsson, exemplifies Scandinavian modernism in its most expressive, minimalist form. Both V-324 models are crafted entirely from polished brass, imparting a noble, golden tone with a mirror-like finish. The smooth, cylindrical shades have no visible seams, while their interiors are finished in matte black, creating a striking contrast. The mounting brackets are also brass, with visible screws emphasizing the functional, restrained nature of the design. Each lamp is fitted with a white cord, subtly accentuating the whole and introducing a contemporary detail. The proportions—20 cm high, 10 cm shade diameter, and 20 cm depth from the wall—are compact and harmonious. The lights are preserved in very good original vintage condition, with natural patina and minor signs of use on the brass, particularly on one piece, which underscores their authenticity and age.
The form of these sconces speaks with the voice of 1960s Northern Europe: pure lines
