This pair of wall lights by Hans-Agne Jakobsson, designed in the 1960s, exemplifies Scandinavian mid-century modern lighting. Crafted from metal and finished in a soft, matte white, they are free from decorative accents or color contrasts, embracing a minimalist, functional aesthetic. Each lamp features a slender cylindrical body that flares into a conical shade, anchored by a circular white wall plate. Visible white cords and straightforward switches and mounting screws emphasize the utilitarian Scandinavian approach. The original manufacturer labels remain intact (model V-239). Minor chips, light scratches, and subtle discoloration reflect authentic patina and the passage of time, yet the overall condition is very good with all components well-fitted and complete.
