This pair of wall sconces from the 1920s, crafted in Germany, exemplifies the classic design language of the Art Deco era. The construction is based on robust, rectangular patinated brass backplates with a muted golden-brown color and a matte to satin finish. A subtle, even patina highlights the historical character of the metal. Each sconce features two cylindrical shades made from semi-translucent, amber-yellow glass with a satin surface. The shades are secured by brass rings, harmoniously integrated into the geometric silhouette typical of the late 1920s. Symmetrical lines and rounded forms reflect the Art Deco aesthetic, balancing functionality with ornamental value. Each sconce measures 20.5 cm in length, 28 cm in height, and has a 12.5 cm projection. Brass E14 sockets and fully functional wiring are provided.
