This pair of ceramic wall sconces, produced in Poland during the 1970s–80s by the K. Łukaszewicz and W. Kościan Lighting Factory in Łask, represents a modernist reinterpretation of Art Deco, rooted in the tradition of Polish design from the late communist era. The lamps feature strong, geometric lines and architectural curves, accentuated by a high-gloss, pure white ceramic glaze that creates a luminous, mirror-like effect. The pressed glass shades, in a matte, vertically ribbed finish reminiscent of pleated fabric, diffuse light gently and add a tactile layer of depth.
