ABOUT PRODUCTID 37738
This pair of wall sconces from the 1970s, produced by the Lighting Workshop K. Łukaszewicz & W. Kościan in Łask, Poland, exemplifies refined Polish modernist design. The construction features substantial ceramic bases finished in a deep, mirror-like black glaze, from which emerge spherical opaline glass globes. The design is marked by organic, flowing lines with sculptural, asymmetrical forms, reflecting the aesthetic explorations of the late 1970s and early 1980s. Each sconce is fitted with an E14 bulb socket, and their proportions—18 cm in height and depth, 14 cm in width—allow for versatile placement in bathrooms, living rooms, or hallways. Both the ceramic and glass surfaces are flawless, perfectly smooth, and highly reflective, emphasizing the purity of form and quality of craftsmanship. The condition is very good: both ceramic and glass are free from damage or discoloration, and the original wiring is intact and ready for use
