ABOUT PRODUCTID 1813
This pendant lamp from 1920s Poland exemplifies Art Deco design, where geometric clarity meets subtle ornamentation. The shade, crafted from molded glass colored in a creamy beige with a hint of yellow, features a matte, satin finish that diffuses light softly and creates an inviting effect. Three stacked, ring-like segments are adorned with a frosted Greek key motif, contrasting crisply with the translucent background. Brass fittings in a warm, golden tone—including the support ring, visible mounting screws, and a decorative finial—complete the composition. The lamp is robustly constructed, with proportions reflecting the interwar aesthetic. Height is 57 cm, diameter 21 cm. Very good vintage condition: the glass is free from chips or cracks, brass shows only minimal patina, and the wiring is fully functional. The lamp’s form echoes the spirit of a modernizing Europe in the 1920s—a time when everyday objects embodied both ambition and restraint. Its geometric rings, reminiscent of Art Deco architectural detailing, invite light to play
