ABOUT PRODUCTID 23272
This 1930s pendant lamp exemplifies Art Deco design, combining brass (or chrome-plated brass), metal, and glass. Its construction features a compact ceiling canopy, short rod, and a fitting that supports the glass shade. The shade, made from milky white glass, stands out with its faceted, honeycomb-like geometric structure—a detail characteristic of late Art Deco and early modernist periods. The dominant colors are cool, silvery metallic tones with a glossy finish, contrasted by the matte surface of the glass. The lamp’s proportions are balanced: total height is 54 cm and the shade diameter is 15 cm, making it suitable for interiors with lower ceilings. It is fitted with an E27 bulb socket. All visible elements appear original with no signs of contemporary restoration. The lamp is preserved in very good condition—the metal displays a natural patina and minor traces of use, while the glass shade remains intact with no cracks or chips. The piece channels the spirit of an era when geometry and functionality took on new meaning. Its concise form, centering on the spherical shade and gleaming details, echoes the modernist ambition to organize space through light and simplicity. The faceted glass surface breaks and scatters
