BLEND 9 is a pendant lamp designed by Sabina Grubbeson in 2015, featuring a minimalist silhouette inspired by Scandinavian design. The cylindrical metal body is finished in matte white and transitions to a lower element in brushed, satin-finish brass. Its proportions are balanced—a slim vertical line with a gently flared base emphasizes the lamp's graphic character. The cable, up to 3 meters long, allows flexible installation height. Smooth, matte surfaces contrast with the subtle sheen of the brass accent, while the absence of visible joints and screws highlights the precision of craftsmanship. The form of BLEND 9 communicates restraint and the clarity of contemporary design. The interplay of cool white and the warm tone of brass visually evokes the meeting of light and shadow, while the geometric body, free from unnecessary ornamentation, draws attention to proportion and refined detail.
