This pendant lamp, designed by Jaroslav Antonin Junek and produced by Zukov for Napaco in Czechoslovakia during the 1960s, is a refined example of the Brusel style and Central European modernism. The shade, approximately 33 cm high and 13 cm in diameter, is crafted from semi-translucent milky glass with a matte finish and a subtle bluish hue. Its surface is adorned with a repeating hand-sprayed linear motif in soft gray, ensuring each piece is unique. The lamp hangs from a black cord with a matte black ceiling canopy, and its overall design is defined by minimalist, geometric lines characteristic of the Brusel movement. It features an E27 bulb socket and a completely replaced electrical installation. The total length is about 90 cm. The lamp is preserved in very good condition, with no visible damage or signs of heavy use.The form of this lamp evokes the spirit of the 1960s—a period when modernism embraced gentle ornamentation and subtle individuality.
