This pendant lamp from the 1970s, crafted in the Fat Lava technique, represents the German ceramic tradition of the era. The lampshade features an expressive, organic silhouette with a double, rounded top and a slender, widening profile towards the bottom. Its color palette combines a deep matte black at the top with a textured, lava-like glaze in cream, beige, and light brown, flowing down in irregular streaks characteristic of Fat Lava ceramics. The lower part is finished in a vivid, matte cobalt blue, creating a striking contrast. The surface displays uneven, tactile structures and a 'dripping' glaze effect. Evenly spaced holes near the top of the shade allow light to escape, casting decorative patterns on the ceiling and walls. The lamp is suspended on a black cord. The shade measures 34 cm in height, 18 cm in width, and the total suspension height is 100 cm.
