This pendant lamp, produced by POLAM – Wieliczka Lighting Equipment Works in the 1960s, is a vivid example of Polish mid-century modern design. The shade, crafted from layered, molded glass in a saturated orange hue, immediately draws the eye with its glossy surface and dynamic texture: vertical, undulating grooves and rounded, bubble-like protrusions create a sculptural structure characteristic of the decorative experiments of that era. Suspended from a black cord with a discreet metal fitting at the top, it offers a subtle contrast to the intense color of the glass.
