This pendant lamp from Czechoslovakia, dating back to the 1960s, is a striking example of Space Age lighting design. The hemispherical shade is constructed from two substantial brass elements, joined with decorative brass nuts that serve both practical and subtle ornamental purposes. The lamp features a warm, golden brass hue with a lightly brushed, satin finish that softly reflects light without excessive gloss. Both the ceiling canopy and the main shade are crafted from brass, while the neutral-colored cable complements the metallic palette. The proportions are well-considered: the shade measures approximately 32 cm in diameter, and the drop can be adjusted to around 74 cm in height.
