This pendant lamp, designed by Jørgen Høj for Danish manufacturer Holmegaard, exemplifies the space age aesthetic of the 1970s. The main element is a wide, shallow dome-shaped shade crafted from metal and finished in a high-gloss lacquer, which in different versions appears in either a vibrant orange or deep olive green. The upper diffuser contrasts in off-white or very light beige, also with a smooth, subtly satin finish, enhancing the lamp’s bold, graphic character.
