The Verona pendant lamp, designed by Svend Middelboe in 1962 and produced by the Danish manufacturer Fog & Mørup, is constructed from seven horizontal, concentric rings of enamelled aluminum, carefully arranged to diffuse light evenly upwards and downwards. The matte white finish features a subtly warm undertone, while the smooth, patternless surface highlights the restrained elegance of Scandinavian modernism from the 1960s. Suspended by a white cord, the lamp’s minimalist geometry and precise craftsmanship are evident throughout.
