The Glashütte Limburg pendant lamp from the 1970s exemplifies German design focused on material quality and formal clarity. Its main feature is a perfectly spherical opaline glass shade in a matte white finish, diffusing light gently to create a soft, atmospheric glow. The upper section is accented by a polished, mirror-like brass holder and stem, forming a sophisticated contrast with the milky glass. The construction is seamless, with no visible joints or screws, underlining the geometric purity and unity of the form. Dimensions: diameter 22 cm, height 40 cm. The lamp is preserved in very good vintage condition—subtle patina on the brass and minor surface marks on the glass attest to its age without diminishing its functionality.
