This compact perfume and oil bottle, crafted in Czechoslovakia during the 1950s, combines cobalt blue transparent glass with an ornate gold-plated metal filigree. The intricate openwork setting features floral and scrolling motifs, characteristic of baroque-inspired Hollywood Regency and vintage European elegance. Faceted multicolored stones are symmetrically set on the front: a large, pale blue central gem is encircled by a ring of clear rhinestones and then by dark blue stones, all arranged in concentric decorative patterns. The gold-toned screw cap matches the metalwork and houses a glass pipette for perfume application. With softly flattened, oval proportions, the bottle measures approximately 6.5 cm in height, 3 cm in width, and 4.5 cm in length. Exceptionally well preserved, the bottle shows no chips, scratches, or loss of stones, and the metalwork remains untarnished and intact.
Within this decorative object resonates the spirit of postwar Europe, where baroque ornamentation returned as an emblem of luxury and longing for beauty. The bottle itself seems to whisper of 1950s
