ABOUT PRODUCTID 5036
This early 20th-century Art Nouveau photo frame, crafted in Poland between 1900 and 1910, is made from gilded pewter and steel. Its form reflects the geometric inspiration of the Secessionist style: elongated vertical lines lend the frame a slender profile, openwork side panels introduce a sense of lightness, while the arched top with a central oval medallion evokes signature motifs of the era. The lower section features delicate, repeating floral ornamentation and square accents, adding rhythm and visual interest. The surface is smooth and matte in a muted, warm gold tone, showing subtle patina and minor abrasions typical of aged metal. The frame includes a sturdy back support for standing display and a clear glass front to protect a photograph of 6.6 × 11 cm. Overall dimensions are 15 cm in height, 9.5 cm in width, and 7 cm in length. It is preserved in very good condition—no repairs are evident, and the gilding and decorative details remain intact, with only natural traces of aging. This frame echoes the spirit of the early 1900s—a time when Art Nouveau sought harmony between nature and geometry. Its lines flow gently upward,
