The decorative night/table lamp PILA by NOBEIGEFEELINGS was designed and made as a ONE-OFF piece in the studio of Krzysztof Wyżyński. PILA was inspired by the interiors and costumes that we can admire in Pedro Almodóvar's films. The lamp will be a distinctive counterpoint to both minimalist and more eclectic interiors. An additional, attachable lampshade allows you to adjust the amount of light that escapes from the lamp during its use. As with other items from NOBEIGEFEELINGS, its design is an expression of homage and a reference to aesthetics such as Space Age and Memphis Group. Each lamp is a one-time impression on the subject of sensuality and intensity. It is an unrestricted play with form and color, where the pleasure of visual perception meets usability. Expression framed by symmetry and order blurs the artificial boundaries between minimalism and maximalism. The author's composition of the lamp consists of individually designed elements for each piece, made using 3D printing technology, as well as recovered, high-quality vintage glass elements (individual glass elements may bear minimal signs of use typical for vintage items, but we strive to ensure that they continue to impress with the highest quality). The special construction allows for the reuse of glass elements, so that good design can 'live forever' in one form or another. On the other hand, the PLA filament used to print the lamp elements is one of the most ecological biopolymers – it is made from plant-based materials. Our manifesto is PLEASURE.
