This Vallauris ceramic platter from the 1960s is an original example of French craftsmanship from the Riviera, signed on the underside. The stylized leaf shape, with its gently undulating, organic outline and a pronounced central vein, reflects the mid-century modern aesthetic, celebrated for its natural inspirations and simplicity. The surface displays a muted, earthy green with brown undertones, covered in a hand-speckled, satin to semi-matte glaze.
