The 'Zamczysko' platter, designed by Teresa Waligórska for Wałbrzych Porcelain Works in the 1960s, is a refined example of Polish mid-century modernism rendered in porcelain. Its rectangular form with softly rounded corners (25 × 14.5 cm, height 2.3 cm) is based on the 'Millenium' shape by Kwinta and Ruszczyński from 1958. The gently upturned edges emphasize subtle proportions, while the sprayed graphic technique lends the white motif a slightly grainy texture.
