Designed in collaboration with Bafeo, our bas-reliefs combine visual appeal with practical use, absorbing sound and presenting a sculptural form. Each LUDISM project refers to legends, myths, and folk tales. Stork – the stork, a Slavic symbol of happiness and fertility, refers to themes of renewal, family, and quiet protection over the home. Made and designed in Poland by Ola Niepsuj, Karol Pasternak, and Piotr Maciaszek. LEGEND: In Polish folklore, the stork is more than just a seasonal guest — it is a sign of good fortune that settles on your roof. Families welcomed its nest as a blessing, associated with fertility, harmony, and the quiet promise of home. Seeing it meant believing that something good was on its way.
