The ribbed vase, model no. 3139, was designed in 1956 by Elżbieta Piwek-Białoborska for the Włocławek Faience Factory. Its bulbous, pear-shaped body narrows towards a slightly flared neck, crafted from glazed faience in a deep, cool black. Irregular, hand-painted off-white vertical stripes run from the base to the rim, emphasizing the ribbed structure and giving the piece a dynamic, visual rhythm.
