The color palette centers on a deep, earthy maroon-brown, accented by ochre, cream, muted orange, and dark brown. The central field is adorned with two large octagonal medallions filled with geometric motifs, surrounded by smaller geometric and stylized floral patterns. Multiple border bands, featuring diamonds and crosshatch motifs in contrasting tones, frame the composition. The short, dense pile has a slightly coarse texture, ending in hand-knotted fringes that show minor signs of wear, attesting to the rug’s artisan heritage.
