Crafted from fine, resilient wool, it features a dense, tight weave and a matte surface with a subtle sheen characteristic of high-quality, aged pile. The dominant deep midnight indigo background sets the stage for intricate botanical motifs in warm terracotta, coral red, muted gold, and burnt clay. A three-tiered border in terracotta and ochre frames the central composition, which includes a medallion, stylized vases, palmettes, and meandering vines. The overall design is symmetrical and harmoniously rhythmic, while the pile reveals gentle fading, patina, and minor splits along the foundation—authentic traces of age.
