Crafted from high-quality kork wool on a cotton foundation, it features an exceptionally dense weave (approx. 360,000 knots/m²) and a pile thickness of about 9 mm. The dominant color is a deep, matte red, enriched by intricate floral and arabesque motifs in shades of cream, navy blue, light blue, gold, and dark brown. The composition is framed by a broad, cool blue border with refined botanical patterns, set between narrower guard stripes in cream and red. The highly detailed, symmetrical design reflects the tradition of Persian artistry from the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries.
