This handwoven Persian runner from the Lori/Hamadan region is a testament to the enduring heritage of Iranian rug artistry. Crafted from high-quality wool, it displays a deep, saturated red as its primary color, enriched with accents of dark green, black, orange, turquoise, ivory, and gold. The central field features two large, symmetrical medallions with arrow-like extensions, surrounded by stylized animal motifs and geometric shapes. The borders consist of multiple bands: a green inner band with diamond motifs, a wide strip with geometric patterns in purple and green, and an outer orange band with repeating motifs.
