This 1962 vintage runner rug exemplifies Turkish craftsmanship within the aesthetic of the 1960s. Hand-knotted from wool and cotton, it features an elongated, functional format (285 × 84 cm) ideal for hallways or narrow spaces. A dominant blue and turquoise palette is enriched with accents of red, purple, pink, yellow, green, and white, creating a dynamic, multicolored composition. The central field is adorned with large, geometric medallions and stylized motifs characteristic of the Anatolian tradition.
