This set of four wooden armchairs, made in Belgium in the 1970s, exemplifies the era’s mid-century modern design with a subtle touch of brutalist influence. The construction features robust, rounded forms: wide, cylindrical legs are slightly splayed for stability, while the thick, gently curved armrests flow seamlessly into the leg structure. The seat is contoured for comfort, and the wide, softly arched backrest provides ergonomic support.
