This set of four faience breakfast plates, produced in the 1930s by the Stanisław Mańczak factory in Chodzież, exemplifies Polish Art Deco applied design. Each plate is made from fine-grained, smooth faience and bears the SM Chodzież mark. The plates feature a soft, matte finish and slightly flattened proportions, with gently sloping sides and no pronounced rim. The wide outer edge is airbrushed with a gradient in warm pink tones, blending seamlessly from a deeper pastel pink at the very edge to a lighter shade towards the center.
